Creativedesignboutique.com accepts MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express. Please pay promptly.
Residents of North Carolina State must pay state sales tax of 6.75%.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at anytime. Prices in effect at the time of purchase are final. No credits or adjustments will be issued for price changes.
If you would like to place your order via phone, you can contact us at the phone number (919-387-0227). You can also print your shopping cart and fax it (919-387-0397).
Email confirmations of orders placed through the shopping cart are generated automatically. If you place an order and do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us so we may investigate.
We do our best to ensure that the products shown for ordering on this site are available for shipping. However, out of stock conditions do exist occasionally. If an item or items is out of stock we will do our best to have it in stock ASAP, you will be notified.
SHIPPING POLICY
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of ordering. If there is a significant ordering delay, you will be contacted via email. Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not ship until Monday or Tuesday.
We will ship almost anywhere in the world. Foreign customers are responsible for paying any and all duty, taxes, or customs fees on orders shipped out of the United States if applicable. All foreign orders are required by law to have a complete customs form attached to the shipping package declaring the value of the merchandise contents. An invoice must be included inside the order. NO exceptions please. Thanks for your understanding.
We do our best to keep your shipping costs as low as possible. Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within the US. Lighter packages will go USPS first class mail. Larger and or heavier packages may be shipped via UPS ground or FedEx ground service if the shipping cost savings over USPS is significant. If you have a shipping preference, please let us know.
Please note: All 12x12 papers will be sent via Priority Mail. It is the only way to ensure that papers reach you safely. If you have any questions on shipping costs, please don't hesitate to contact me.
There are no returns unless you have received a damaged product. Please contact me at info@creativedesignboutique.com if your order arrives damaged.
All information submitted is used only for the purpose of processing your order. All information is sent ENCRYPTED to us via secure server for your safety and no information is ever sold or given out to anyone. We use an online secure payment processing system when using credit cards.
